We suggest guest fly into Dublin. There are also airports in Cork and Shannon. Outside of the airport, there are taxi's and buses you can get to wherever your next destination is. If you want to take the train you will need to take a 20 min taxi ride or get the 747 Airlink bus. Buses and trains are listed below. Taxis listed are only local Waterford taxis.

You can rent cars from the airport. Kevin & I have done many trips around Ireland with only taking the bus or train. If you do not want to rent a car there are still many options for transportation around Ireland. I have links to buses and trains down below.

Free Now Taxi App

There is a smart phone app called FREE NOW. It is set up exactly as the Uber & Lyft app but it is for registered taxi's only, instead of independent drivers. You can get a Taxi or a Taxi XL. The app is only available to use in Waterford, Cork, Dublin, Galway, and Limerick.
