Welcome to our wedding website! We are so incredibly excited for our big day and to celebrate with you!

Heights Church was a place we both went to connect with God, pray, and worship. Who would have thought that is where we would have started this journey!? Twice a year our church holds "21 days of prayer" which brought us to the church every morning at 6am. This also was when Steve first noticed Michele (even though she was wearing a UVA, not UNC shirt) and initial sparks flew. We were both on our separate journeys, praying hard and leaving everything at the feet of God. Little did we know that He would use his house to lead us to each other. In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, we started dating. Of course, there were limited activities we could experience because the world had shut down. Fortunately, that gave us time to talk, go out on our boats, cook meals together, and have valuable quality time to really get to know one another. Soon we grew into a deep, meaningful relationship and fell in love. Fast forward to July 2nd, 2022 when Steve proposed to Michele while surrounded by many of our closest friends and family. Everyone there was in on the secret - except for Michele. This provided the perfect opportunity for our personal paparazzi to capture this intimate moment. In May, we will become one in holy matrimony!
