For guests traveling by air, we recommend flying into San Antonio International Airport (SAT). Our wedding venue is located in Helotes, a charming small town just northwest of San Antonio, approximately 20–30 minutes from the airport depending on traffic.

The hotel is approximately 13miles (about a 20-25 minute drive) from our venue, The Oaks at Heavenly in Helotes. Breakfast is included with the room.

La Quinta by Wyndham does not offer a reserved room block for our wedding dates, but it is a great nearby option with consistently reasonable rates and comfortable accommodations. Guests are welcome to book directly at any time based on availability, and we recommend reserving early to secure the best pricing. The hotel is approximately 10–12 miles from The Oaks at Heavenly, or about a 15–20 minute drive depending on traffic.
