We love all the little ones in our lives, but to allow everyone to fully relax and celebrate with us, our ceremony and reception will be adults-only, with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together.
The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants.

Yes, parking is available at Oaks at Heavenly. Our guests will enjoy complimentary golf cart service from the parking area to the ceremony stairs, which is especially convenient given our scenic loose gravel driveway. We'll ensure all our guests arrive comfortably and ready to celebrate.
In the event of rain, our ceremony will take place indoors at the Oaks of Heavenly.
Absolutely! We'd love for you to capture the moments throughout our celebration. You'll find a photo QR code at the venue that connects directly to our shared album—simply scan it to upload your photos so we can enjoy all your favorite shots together.
January weather here can be quite variable, so it's best to come prepared. Temperatures typically hover around 50 degrees, though it may be warmer or cooler depending on the day. We recommend bringing a coat for the ceremony and cocktail hour. The good news is that our reception will be held indoors, so you'll be comfortable throughout the evening.
The ceremony will start promptly 4:00 PM. Please arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
