Question

I'm staying at the Château, can I bring my own food and drink?

Answer

There is a kitchen at the Château so you please feel welcome to use the space as your own. We will be providing dinner on Monday evening, and a brunch/dinner on Wednesday for those staying with us. Daily patisserie will be delivered every morning. There is a Intermarche supermarket 4.6km away in Langoiran, where you can stock up on anything else you may need.

What are the local amenities?

Answer

Five minutes away from the Château is a supermarket (Intermarché Super), as well as the town of Langoiran where you'll find banks, boulangeries, a pharmacy and more.

I'm staying elsewhere, how can I book transport back to my hotel?

Answer

You can book a taxi at this number: +33 6 79 74 92 26. Fred is the contact and we’ve been arranging rides for guests by texting through WhatsApp. The owner of the Château has also offered to book taxis for guests as the day gets closer (contact Michele) Haux is quite rural, so taxis must be booked in advance.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to be as comfortable/cool as possible. Casual cocktail or garden attire is preferred. Feel free to wear linen shirts, dressy sundresses, colorful blazers, etc.
