To make your evening stress-free, a complimentary shuttle will run between the Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix North/Happy Valley and the venue — about a 30-minute trip each way. The shuttle will operate before and after the wedding, and exact pickup times and location will be shared as we get closer to the big day!

Airbnb & VRBO

While lodging options in Black Canyon City are limited, nearby towns like New River (about 10–15 minutes), Anthem (around 20 minutes), and the northern edges of Phoenix (roughly 30–40 minutes) offer plenty of great Airbnb and VRBO rentals. You’ll find everything from cozy desert casitas to modern homes with beautiful mountain views.

Flight

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

The closest major airport to The Venue at Chilleens is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), located about 30–35 minutes from the Courtyard by Marriott North Phoenix/Happy Valley, and roughly one hour south of the venue. PHX offers the widest range of flight options and is the most convenient choice for most travelers.

Uber & Lyft

Services like Uber and Lyft can bring guests to Black Canyon City and The Venue at Chilleens. However, because the venue is in a rural area, return rides can sometimes be limited, so it’s helpful to plan ahead just in case. A complimentary shuttle will be available between the Courtyard by Marriott North Phoenix/Happy Valley and the venue for guests who wish to use it. If you’re staying elsewhere, you might consider pre-arranging a return ride or renting a car to make getting around a bit easier and more flexible.
