The Details

We ask that guests book their rooms by November 1, 2026, with final payment due by January 3, 2027 or 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment, cancellations will be subject to penalties. Final payment will be auto charged on the credit card used at the time of booking unless paid in full prior to this date. I’m happy to make payments towards your reservation however you would like. We kindly ask guests to arrive by the afternoon of March 4, with a minimum stay of three nights required. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is needed to secure each room. Once you submit your room request via the reservation link , I will confirm the details and place your reservation on hold. Then, I’ll email it to you for review, along with an Invoice Approval outlining the details, price, and deposit amount for your trip. Within that email will be a Payment Authorization Form where you can safely submit your credit card details for the deposit. By working with me, you get the benefit of my skills, experience and my industry connections. My office hours are usually Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm with some weekend availability. You can expect a reply from me within 24-48 hours or the next business day. I look at our relationship as a partnership so in return I also expect you to be responsive, suppling me with any documents or answers I need in a timely manner in order to provide you with the best service I can. My Professional Services include your consultation, research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element (room and airport transfers), securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance and administration of your booking from deposit to departure.

Flights

Airfare is not available yet. Once flights become available, we can either add them to your reservation, or you’re welcome to book them separately. When searching for flights, be sure to fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), the closest airport to the resort. If you need assistance with flight research or booking, feel free to reach out! I’m here to ensure your travel plans go as smoothly as possible. If you would like me to book your airfare, you can purchase an airfare planning package for $100 which includes real time flight monitoring via the Trip Plans app. I will send you a link to process this payment so just let me know if interested.

Travel Insurance

While travel insurance is not required, I highly recommend it to protect your trip. It can provide peace of mind in case of unexpected changes, delays, or emergencies. I’ll be happy to send you a personalized quote for coverage that fits your needs. If you are interested in a Cancel for Any Reason policy that MUST be purchased within 14 days of deposit.

Airport Transfers

My services include booking of your airport transfers, so please send me your flights details once confirmed. I will be using the resorts preferred supplier and adding directly onto your reservation. Shared Roundtrip transfers $40 per person (for any additional guests over the 2 which is included in the rate, children under 3 are free) Private Roundtrip transfers (up to 6 guests max) $110 per person Booster seat for roundtrip transfers $20 per seat

Important Policies to Note

Any bookings made outside the wedding block could incur a fee to participate in the wedding festivities. Each member will be responsible for making their own room reservations Only one Credit Card will be accepted as payment per reservation. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 90 days to 61 days prior to arrival deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed. Cancellations within 30 days of travel, the booking is non-refundable. In case of No Show, a charge will be made for the full stay of the group member. Each member of the Group is responsible for the additional charges for his or her room. One credit card per room will be requested upon arrival at the Hotel and the outstanding balance of the room total will be charged upon arrival, as applicable. The incidental charge account for each Group member's room will be charged to the credit card, given as a guarantee, prior to departure date. The Hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
