Welcome Event - Friday 11/14/25

We’d love to kick off the weekend with you! If you're coming in from out of town or happen to be in the area, join us the night before the wedding for a get-together at Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse. We’ll have small bites and drinks to enjoy and a nice space to hang out! It’s an informal gathering—come and go as you like, and enjoy the start of the celebration with us! It’s the perfect chance to mix, mingle, and toast the happy couple before the big day. *Parking: Free parking available in the parking lot directly outside.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception - Saturday, 11/15/25

3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Attire: This event is black-tie optional. Elegant and formal, but a tuxedo or floor-length gown isn’t required. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We'll have heaters throughout the space, but evening temperatures can still be cool. We recommend bringing a wrap or jacket.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3PM. Timeline: 3:00 PM - Ceremony 3:45 PM - Cocktail Hour 5:00 PM - Reception Begins 5:30 PM - Dinner + Open Bar 9:00 PM - Reception Ends 9:30 PM - Afterparty (see details below) *Parking: There is self-parking at no charge at the venue, but we encourage you to take an Uber if you plan on joining us for drinks!
