When is the deadline to book accommodations through the room block?

We kindly ask that you reserve your accommodations by June 1st, 2026. The deposit for your room will be due by September 9th, 2026.

What if I want to upgrade my room?

Please contact Devon or Shari, and they will get you in touch with the resort contact.

What if I want to stay on different dates?

Answer

The room rates will be honored from Tuesday, October 6th 2026 - Thursday, October 15th, 2026. You are able to book for these days through the room block. If you want to stay longer or different dates, please reach out to Devon or Michael.

Question

What if I do not want to stay at Hyatt Ziva?

Answer

Totally fine! However, you will need to get a day pass to join us on the wedding day.
