We're getting married!

After just moving to San Marcos, Devon signed up for Tinder to get out and meet people while she was taking a semester off. Michael slid in her Tinder DMs with the idea to go kayaking. Before kayaking, Devon and Michael hung out and bonded over their love of music and listened to a lot of Led Zeppelin. Michael (probably) thought "This chick is so cool! I am going to marry her one day!" Throughout the year, Devon and Michael got closer and knew they had something serious and committed to being long distance while Devon started her college journey in Clemson, SC. Once he graduated, Michael and Devon (and Rufus) moved into a townhouse in Clemson. For two years, they lived together and enjoyed making friends and hosting Bachelor nights. After their Clemson journey came to an end, they moved to the Schroeder house in Sealy, Texas. The Schroeder family enjoyed Michael's cooking and tolerated Devon and her reality TV. Michael proposed on September 15th, 2024 and Devon said yes (obviously). A few months later, Michael, Devon, Rufus, and Sophie moved into a house in Houston and have been enjoying life. Now, they are excited to get married and continue their love story!
