Mike and Caroline's Fort Worth Fun List

Cultural District

Cultural District

Ampersand - The Kimbell - The Modern - Blue Sushi - The Circle Bar - The Chumley House Start your day in the Museum District, where world-class art meets Texas charm. If you're staying at or near the Crescent Hotel, the Museum District is your backyard! Grab a latte at Ampersand, then stroll through the Kimbell Art Museum and The Modern, where you’ll find everything from Picasso to thought-provoking contemporary pieces. Before heading out, fuel up at Blue Sushi, a local favorite for fresh rolls and a great vibe. If you’re craving something other than sushi, hit up the newly opened Chumley House across from The Crescent—this European-inspired steakhouse brings the charm of London to Fort Worth with a meticulously crafted menu that blends timeless traditions with global flavors. And when you’re ready to take a break or end your night the right way, the Circle Bar at The Crescent is the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious snack and a fabulous cocktail.

University Park Village and WestBend

Lululemon - Anthropologie - Tyler's - Flowerchild - Eatzi's - HG SPLY - Ascension Make your way to University Park Village and WestBend, where you’ll find favorite stores like Lululemon, Anthropologie, and Tyler’s, along with delicious bites at Flowerchild and Eatzi’s. After browsing and grabbing a snack, it’s time to hit the Trinity Trails! Start at the trailhead near HG SPLY and Ascension, and enjoy a scenic walk or bike ride along the river—it’s about an hour walk to the trailhead near Press Cafe and Clearfork if you’re feeling adventurous!

The Shops at Clearfork

Cru Wine Bar - Kate Weiser Chocolate - Marchet Blue - Press Cafe Take a pleasant and leisurely stroll at The Shops at Clearfork—sip a glass of wine at Cru Wine Bar, grab a decadent treat from Kate Weiser Chocolate, shop unique finds at Marchet Blue, or explore high-end boutiques and designer stores for the perfect find. Also, pop over to Press Cafe for access to the Trinity Trail and one of Fort Worth's best patios.

Historic Stockyards

Hotel Drover - Lucchese - Tecovas - Star Cafe - Ático Feeling adventurous? Head over to the Stockyards, where old meets new. Walk through the rustic luxury of Hotel Drover, browse the legendary Lucchese and Tecovas boot stores, and enjoy a delicious lunch at the historic Star Cafe. For one of the best views the city has to offer, check out Ático rooftop bar for Spanish style tapas, wine and cocktails.

Magnolia Avenue

Avoca Coffee - Neighborhood Wine - Benito's Start your day with Avoca Coffee and a peaceful morning stroll down Magnolia Avenue. For leisurely light bites and a fantastic wine selection, Neighborhood Wine offers the perfect cozy atmosphere to unwind. Fun fact: you can grab some Tex-Mex at Mike and Caroline's first date spot, Benito's!

South Main

Coco Shrimp - Bearded Lady - Nickel City - Summer Moon Coffee Make your way over to South Main, a hidden gem full of personality. Grab Coco Shrimp for a casual but flavorful bite, enjoy craft beers at Bearded Lady, and if you’re feeling nostalgic, stop by Nickel City—where Mike and Caroline had their second date (and where the decor is just as memorable).

Downtown

Pete's Dueling Piano Bar - The Worthington Bar - Sundance Square After the welcome party, keep the fun going in Downtown Fort Worth! Head to Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar for a high-energy, sing-along experience, or grab a craft cocktail at the Worthington Bar for a more relaxed vibe. If you're looking for a fun afternoon activity, explore Sundance Square, where you can shop, dine, and soak in the lively atmosphere before the wedding festivities begin!
