The Wedding Website of Ariel Colangelo and Mike Williams
If you have ANY questions that have not been answered on the website, feel free to email Ariel (ariel.colangelo@gmail.com) or Mike (mike.mtwillia@gmail.com) at any time (except on 9/17/2022...we probably won't respond that day).
Question

When is the best time to come up to Vermont for the wedding weekend?

Answer

While the wedding ceremony and reception will both be on Saturday, we are encouraging everyone who can to come join us in the Green Mountains starting Thursday evening! Friday will be full of awesome group events (optional, of course) - golf, swimming, spa, hikes, welcome drinks, etc. and we are so excited we will get to spend extra time together in advance of the #bigday. It's also the most beautiful time of year in Vermont, so who doesn't need an extra 24 hours of relaxation in New England?

Question

Can I take Uber/Lyft around Manchester?

Answer

Unfortunately, Uber and Lyft are sparse on a good day, non-existent on a bad day in Manchester. For this reason, we highly recommend staying at the Equinox if you can - this way you don't need to worry about transportation the day of the wedding. If you are staying at a different hotel or an AirBnB, plan on driving from place to place throughout the weekend.

Question

Are the events happening indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the Hoedown will be outside (on the Rockwell Patio at the Equinox), as will the Ceremony and the Cocktail Hour (on the Main Lawn at the Equinox). Don't forget sunglasses for all events! Heaven forbit it rains, on Friday the Hoedown will be in the Rockwell Ballroom, and on Saturday the Ceremony will be in the Colonnade Ballroom and the Cocktail Hour will be in the Battenkill Ballroom. Regardless of weather, the Reception will be in the Colonnade Ballroom and the Afterparty will be in the Falcon Bar.

Question

What is the weather going to be like?

Answer

Vermont in September is the BEST, so come prepared for daytime temps in the 70s and nighttime temps in the 50s. Definitely bring a jacket for the Hoedown, as the sun will set long before it ends :D

For all the days along the way
