How is COVID being accommodated?

Answer

We have went forward with tenting the field to avoid cutting our guest per indoor guidelines. If guest list reaches safe indoor numbers we might possibly move inside. Regardless there will be no more than guideline for guests at tables. Currently 6 people per table. We have prioritized seating immediate family together as much as possible. Max will still be require outside of dinning. Touchless hand sanitizer stations will be available in frequent touch areas.

Although we love your children. We are not having anyone under 18 outside of our immediate family.

Your online RSVP will reflect those included in seats that have been reserved for you.

Semi Formal to Formal Attire.

Are the ceremony and reception in 2 separate places?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are on the same grounds, but are in 2 different locations of the grounds. Guests will be shuttled by trolley from the reception area up to and down from the ceremony location.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive no later then 4:30. This will help accommodate all guests are shuttled before the ceremony.

Please RSVP no later than MAY 1st.

Do I have to send back a RSVP card or can I do it online?

Answer

All guests will be counted for on our website and you can simply RSVP while you are on the site. Go to RSVP tab, Enter name as addressed, titles not necessary. For repeat names in the Bova family, all matching groups will appear, select according to your paired guests on invitations.

Is there a shuttle from the Hotel?

Answer

There will be a limited space Charter available. Please only RSVP to BUS 3 after booking with the Holiday INN. When this bus reaches its MAX of 47 Guests it will close. RSVP to Bus 3 give you freedom to utilize Bus 1 or 2 to arrive to the venue. Ample Parking is available for those not utilizing the Shuttle.
