OUR CEREMONY

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

For our Ceremony guests will trolley up to the mountain top . The ceremony will be held in the Castles Garden. Proceeding guests will trolley back down to the Carriage House. Please arrive by 4:30pm to be shuttled.

Hotel Departure Bus 2

5:15 pm

This will be trip 2 Guests traveling later in the day or who miss bus 1. Guests will arrive for 6PM in time for COCKTAIL & RECEPTION hours. PLEASE RSVP Hotel Return Bus for your ride back to the hotel ending event RSVP will close as Return Bus reaches 47 max capacity All events there after are on the same grounds where trolley services are provided for all guests.

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

The main floor will be utilized for cocktail hour. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view from the terrace. The main floor bar will be open only during this hour. We hope guidelines allow us to still use this space for cocktails. If not cocktails and reception will be located together.

Reception

6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Reception will proceed at Shannon Pond in the field. Tented accommodations have been made to make this event safer and comfortable. *Ladies plan footwear according for grass* A trolley will drop guest for convince. Parking is very close by to the pond also.

Hotel Return Bus

9:00 pm - 9:30 pm

This bus is meant to get guests back to the hotel that came in on the bus or drank too much. the max capacity is 47. RSVP will close when this bus reaches max capacity. If you plan to utilize this please RSVP you can use either bus 1 or 2 for your trip there if you need
