Where will celebrations take place?

Answer

Celebrations will occur in Philadelphia, PA. The ceremony will be held at St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, followed by dinner and (lots of!) dancing at Vie. What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating and to make sure you don’t miss a moment. The doors will close as soon as the ceremony starts.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please keep phones and cameras turned off during the ceremony so our talented photographers and videographers can capture the moment. Afterward, feel free to take as many photos as you like! All of the professional photos will also be shared with our guests.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up! Please join us in your best formal attire. Please feel free to wear comfortable shoes for the ceremony (as there will be lots of standing); there will be time to change before the reception begins. Men: please leave you shorts, polos, khaki pants and sneakers at home!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Vie offers complementary valet parking for guests. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also convenient options.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. Because we’re keeping things intimate, only those formally invited can attend wedding events throughout the weekend. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love little ones, as we are an aunt and uncle to many. :) That said, we’ve decided to keep our wedding primarily adults-only so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We kindly ask this to be a kid-free zone so we can enjoy some fun with the parents. If anyone under 21 is invited, it will be noted on your invitation. No babies or children, please.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Vie will be serving a variety of appetizers, entrées, and desserts, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available upon request. Entrées will be selected and ordered table-side, so dietary restrictions can be provided directly to servers.
