One May day, Michael's friend, whom he hadn't seen in years, asked him if he wanted to grab something to eat. Michael suggested they go to Yardhouse in Tysons, where he had been a million times before. Today was special, a bartender named Stefanie with a beautiful smile and mesmerizing green eyes (I know they are blue, inside joke lol) was helping that day. After a couple of back-and-forth banter, Michael worked up the courage to ask for her number... just to be one of her regulars ;) She gave him her number, and a month passed; they finally went on their first date. The date was only supposed to be a drink, but it turned into a night of hopping from place to place until 3 am. Dating was going so well that Stefanie wanted to do one more thing.... invite Michael to Disney! It was on this trip that Michael knew she was the one, and Stef thought the same. It's been two years since Stef gave Michael her number. Michael devised a plan to take pictures at Stef's sisters' winery, or so she thought. Michael then put his plan in motion, telling her to come to this garden by the winery, where he asked her to marry him. With tears in her eyes, she said yes. With all our friends and family waiting, we enjoyed our special day. Now it's on to Philly to make one of the best love stories come together!
