Dressy Casual to Semi-Formal: For this time of year, you would be most comfortable in dress pants or chinos, short or long-sleeved button downs, and mild to warm-weather dresses, skirts and blouses. The grass may be soft so you might want to rethink stiletto shoes... but the choice is up to you. We're just happy to have you!
You may arrive at our private ceremony site as early as 4:30 pm. If you arrive even earlier, the main tasting room at the winery will be open. However, space may be limited indoors. Feel free to make a reservation for a tasting at www.juliettawinery.com.
This will be an intimate wedding and the venue is not suitable for little ones. If you have young children, we kindly request that you arrange for a babysitter.
Feel free to invite a "plus one" if your invitation was addressed you and a guest. Please let us know the name of your guest in advance so that we may make appropriate seating arrangements. If your invitation was addressed to your family, please let us know which members will attend.
A shuttle will be provided from the Westin Sacramento to Julietta Winery, and will have departure times of 3:45 pm and 4:25 pm. Guests can commute between the Westin and the winery throughout the event, as the shuttle will run round trips roughly every 30 minutes beginning at 6 pm. We strongly suggest that guests, particularly those who plan to enjoy our hosted bar, take one of the shuttles at the end of the evening. Much of the two-lane road to the winery runs along the Sacramento River and has twists and turns that can be challenging to navigate. Alternatively, we'd recommend Uber or Lyft for arrival. Just make sure you call early, as wait times can occasionally be up to 20 minutes. We suggest that you then take the shuttle return to the Westin. The availability of ride-sharing services for a return trip may be limited because of the more rural location of the venue. If you wish to drive your own vehicle, there will be dedicated and ample parking onsite near our private location.
The venue restricts outside alcoholic beverages due to insurance liability. Please do not bring your own alcohol, as this liability may be passed on to us. Wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee and water will be provided at our hosted bar following the ceremony and up until the end of our event.
