To ensure an uninterrupted and meaningful ceremony, all guests to arrive at 12:30pm and be seated before 1:00 PM. Please note: Guests arriving after 1:00 PM will not be permitted to enter the ceremony venue until after the bride has walked down the aisle. There will be no exceptions or interruptions during the processional. We respectfully ask for your cooperation in honoring this special moment and helping us maintain the flow and sanctity of our ceremony. Please plan accordingly and arrive early.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
This is the perfect time to mingle, connect with family and friends, enjoy refreshments, and celebrate with the newlyweds. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this time to capture plenty of photos and videos with the bride and groom before the evening festivities begin.
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Our wedding celebration will feature a delicious blend of both American and Liberian cuisine, bringing together flavors that are meaningful to our families and culture. As you enjoy dinner, the celebration will continue with an evening filled with love, laughter, and entertainment. During the celebration, guests are invited to "spray" the bride and groom with cash as they dance. Spraying money is a symbolic gesture of love, blessings, prosperity, and support for the couple as they begin their new life together. It is not required, but it is a cherished part of the celebration and a fun way for guests to participate. Guests who would like to take part are encouraged to bring cash in small denominations ($1s, $5s, $10s, and $20s are ideal) for the spraying ceremony.
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The bride and groom will come together to cut their wedding cake, symbolizing their first shared task as a married couple and the beginning of their journey together. Following the cake cutting, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy dessert and celebrate this special tradition with us. We invite everyone to gather around, take photos, cheer us on, and share in this memorable moment as we officially cut our wedding cake and continue the festivities.
