Take a trip to Hue! Hue is the ancient capital of Vietnam and home to more historical sites than any other places within the country. The beautiful Hai Van Pass lies in the middle between Da Nang and Hue, showing off stunning views of the mountains and the jungle on one side, and amazing tropical beaches and the sea on the other side. Your 3-hour long trip will be full of great views!
If you love Bánh Xèo this place is a must go! Make sure you go to the correct store, there's a few stores with the same name. It's the last one at the end of the lane way. Order yourself a plate of Bánh Xèo, Nem lụi, and Bò Nướng Lá Lốt. The corn milk is also a must try!
Vietnam street food is not for the faint hearted. This is where the locals meet for a drink and a snack, most of the tables and chairs are outdoors. The best sellers here are deep fried pork leg (BEST deep fried pork you will ever try) with fish sauce and snakehead fish with mango sauce. Extremely worth a try. The dishes with divine fish sauce here are all delicious.
Cute little coffee shop in Danang with lots of drinks to try, but the Egg coffee is absolutely delicious! In all seriousness, the egg yolk custard tastes like creme brulee custard before it's been torched. But when stirred into the coffee, the entire drink tastes more like a strong tiramisu (but minus the cakey bits). As for its texture, Vietnamese egg coffee has a similar texture to a latte.
