We met each other as "brothers" of Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity at University of Richmond. Radha was a junior and Michael was a sophomore. We dated for only three months before Radha travelled abroad to Edinburgh, Scotland for a semester. We kept in touch nearly everyday, including many late, late night Skype calls due to odd time differences! Once Radha returned, we were pretty much inseparable for the final few years of college.

Michael moved to St. Louis after graduation to start his career. It was a new city with all new places to explore. In March 2016, Michael flew back to Richmond, VA to help Radha drive the 12 hours to our new home in St. Louis. At the time, everything fit in a 5' x 10' truck and the back of Radha's '06 Toyota Corolla! In August 2016, we added our corgi-mix pup, Harvey, to our little family. We have been happily exploring St. Louis and the Midwest together ever since. See some of our favorite spots in the "Things to Do" tab.

We visited the Missouri Botanical Gardens for their annual holiday Garden Glow event. We have gone nearly every year we have been in St. Louis to enjoy the lights and hot cocoa (with peppermint schnapps, of course!). Michael spent the time trying to find a particular gazebo where we had a photo of us taken over two years prior. He didn't realize that it was not featured in the show this holiday! We nearly left the event before he found a suitable spot to ask. Radha was very confused. It was very us.
