Pacaya Volcano Hike/ Caminta al Volcan Pacaya

Hiking....please be sure to have appropriate footwear and a jacket/sweatshirt (as the elevation can bring cooler temperatures)

For those interested, we would like to plan a group to join us on a hike of the active Pacaya volcano. Transportation to/from Antigua can be arranged and the hike will last a few hours. This is not an extremely challenging hike, but does require some physical endurance. If you have never hiked an active volcano before this is a truly unique experience not to be missed! More details to be provided closer to the date.

Visit to Finca Filadelphia Coffee Plantation/ Visita a Finca Filadelphia

For those of you not familiar, Guatemala is known for its excellent high-quality coffee. As part of your visit to Antigua, a stop at the nearby Finca Filadelphia offers an awesome opportunity to view a coffee plantation firsthand. Activities at the plantation include coffee tours, and zip-lining. We'd like for anyone who is still in town to join us on a visit! The price per person is 25.00 USD. Tour begins at 11 am, anyone who wishes to have lunch at the restaurant is welcomed to stay!
