ROOM RELEASE DATE (CUT-OFF) Hotel policy recognizes a cut-off date for reservations. Any reservation request received after this time may be accepted on a “space available” basis at the prevailing hotel rates. Your registration cut-off is Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Guestrooms not reserved by the cut-off date will be released back to the Hotel for re-sale. Rates are based on one or two persons per room. An additional charge of $30 per night will be added for the 3rd guest and $ 30.00 per night will be added for the 4th guest (plus applicable taxes). Maximum Occupancy in one room is: four (4). CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in time is 4:00pm; Check-out time is 11:00am. An early check-in fee may apply at the front desk.
