Wedding attire is black-tie optional (formal), the Bride & Groom would like to make this an event where everyone is dressed to impress! If in doubt, ask the Bride (PLEASE).
The party bus will transport guests from the Flamingo Hotel to the ceremony venue at the Valley of Fire, which is approximately a one-hour drive each way. We will depart the Flamingo promptly at 2:30 p.m. After the ceremony and photos, each bus or limo will return guests to Las Vegas and drop them off at the reception venue, El Dorado Cantina, located on the Strip. Cocktail hour and snacks will be provided on the bus. One bus may stay to take guests back to the Flamingo Hotel after the dinner reception. Alternatively, guests are welcome to use Uber or a taxi to return to their preferred location from the dinner reception.

We will depart promptly from the Flamingo Hotel at 2:30 p.m. Each bus/limo will bring guest back to Las Vegas after the ceremony and photos, to Reception location (El Dorado Cantina) on Strip. Cocktail hour and snacks will be provided on the bus. One bus will remain until end of celebration to take guest back to Flamingo Hotel or guest are welcome to take Uber/Taxi back to their location of choice from reception.

Formal - Black Tie Optional
Ceremony is outdoors may be warm, as the date approaches, we will provide updates on weather and other details. Guest will be taken from Flamingo Hotel to Ceremony on party buses (see separate event below to RSVP for transportation, venue is about an hour each way).
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.
Indoor restaurant and a pre-selected menu will be provided. If you have any dietary concerns, please indicate in RSVP response.
