What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We're hoping to begin the ceremony at 11:30am, and will be ready for guests to arrive on site at Stevens Pavilion as early as 11:00. We suggest allowing ample time for parking. Washington Park is beautiful! Should you arrive very early please enjoy the park!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! We suggest comfortable, breathable, casual summer attire and comfortable shoes. More ideas: summer dresses, linen, lighter colors, fancy hats!

What COVID-19 precautions should I be aware of?

Answer

We are asking guests to please bring a mask to wear during the ceremony and times of close proximity, and will be doing our best to maintain 6 ft distance with non-household members throughout the gathering. The Governor has limited gatherings such as ours to 25 people total, so we should have plenty of space to spread out. Our caterer is working with us to figure out the best way to serve lunch. Though it will still be fancy food, it will likely be prepackaged box style rather than buffet, with drinks poured by someone with gloves and mask or bottled beverages. We will email updates as soon as we have them!
