Am I Allowed To Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

With such a large extended family and limited space, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with the exception of kids that are involved in the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

Will There Be Any Transportation?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle before the wedding ceremony and after the wedding reception. The afternoon shuttle will pick guests up at the Courtyard by Marriot and The Best Western at 3:20pm and 3:30pm and bring you to Harvester Square before the ceremony. The evening shuttle will start at 9pm (from Harvester Square to your hotel) and run every 30 minutes until midnight (the end of the wedding).

What Should I Do If I Can’t Make It?

You will be missed dearly! If you can not make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you want and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible.

Will The Ceremony And Reception Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

Indoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be all indoors. There is an outdoor patio that is available for use.

Are The Ceremony And Reception In The Same Place?

Yes! Both will take place at Harvester Square in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Is There Parking At The Venue?

Answer

Yes! Onsite parking is offered for up to 225 cars, with additional overflow parking available.

Do You Have A Hotel Block For Guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block. There is a hotel block at the Best Western & Courtyard by Marriott. Both blocks close 30 days prior to the wedding so please book ahead of time to secure your room and discount!

Are Rideshares Like Uber And Lyft Easily Accessible From The Venue?

Yes, rideshare apps are available from the venue.

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Wear whatever color you feel best in, but please no white or cream.
