HOW WILL I FIND THE TRANSPORT TO SECRETS. MOXCHE ONCE I EXIT AIRPORT?

Answer

When you arrive at the airport, walk straight through and ignore anyone inside trying to sell timeshares, as stopping will only delay your trip to the property. Once you reach the outside area, look for your Lomas driver, who will be dressed in a blue button-down and white pants holding a sign with your name or your group’s name. Your driver will ask for your phone number and provide theirs so that on-site representatives can stay in touch via text if needed. You will be asked to scan a QR code to complete this step. Make sure at least one member of your family or couple provides contact information.

How much cash should I bring? And do I need to covert USD to Mexican Pesos?

Answer

Up to you! The resort is all inclusive so you will not have to pay for food or drink while on site. If you plan on tipping, make sure you have $1, $5, $10 handy. Since this is an all-inclusive resort, you will not necessarily need to covert your USD to pesos. All resorts accept USD. Again, if you would like to bring USD for tips, we recommend that you bring denominations such as $1, $5, $10.

How far is Cancun airport from the resort?

Answer

Plan for a 30-40 minute commute to Secrets Playa del Carmen. Plan accordingly when you need to go back to the airport so you have enough time to check in and go through security.

December falls within Playa del Carmen's dry season. Temperatures typically top out in the low 80's during the day and rarely dip below 70 at night.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Get ready to soak up some sun and stunning views! Both the ceremony and reception will be held on the rooftop terrace of Secrets Moxché. We'll kick things off with a ceremony followed by a cocktail hour, then dinner outside. After dinner, get ready to dance the night away back under the stars on the rooftop.

Do Some restaurants have dress code rules?

Answer

The resort is generally casual, but some restaurants have a Casual Elegance dress code. Casual Elegance typically means: Men: Long pants, collared or dress shirt, closed-toe shoes. Women: Dresses, skirts, nice pants, dressy sandals or shoes. Pool and beach attire is fine for those areas, but proper clothing should be worn when entering restaurants or indoor areas.
