7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Kick off the wedding festivities with us! Whether you’ve just arrived or are already settled in, join us for an informal gathering at the Dark Horse Bar in the resort. It’s a great chance to unwind, mingle with everyone, and enjoy a drink or two before the weekend officially begins. (Totally optional, but we’d love to see you if you’re around!) Since the resort’s restaurants don’t take reservations, we don’t have a set dinner plan for this night yet. It’s the first day of arrivals, so feel free to settle in, relax, explore, or grab dinner whenever it suits you.
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
The rehearsal dinner will be held at Dos Almas, one of the signature restaurants at Secrets Moxché. It features authentic Mexican, à la carte cuisine, plus a taco tasting bar with tequila and mezcal tastings. Dress Attire: Dos Almas follows a Casual Elegance dress code. For men, this usually means long pants, a collared or dress shirt, and closed shoes. For women, a dress or nice outfit with dressy sandals or closed-toe shoes works well. Flip-flops and sleeveless tank tops for men aren’t allowed. This dinner is for the wedding party only. We’ll all meet in the hotel lobby so we can head over together.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Join us for a magical evening on the rooftop of Secrets Moxché (10th floor). We’ll start with our ceremony overlooking the ocean, followed by cocktail hour with live music, yummy food, and cocktails. As the sun sets, we’ll move into dinner and continue the celebration under the stars. Dress Attire: Our rooftop wedding is dressy but relaxed. Think: outfits that feel nice for an evening celebration, but nothing formal or black-tie. Feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable: flowy dresses, jumpsuits, summer suits, linen, or anything you’d love to wear for a warm, ocean-view evening.
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Our reception is also planned for the rooftop (weather permitting), so we can keep the celebration going with the same beautiful views. Expect good music and a relaxed, fun evening with friends and family.
