Please dress semi-formal or your Sunday best as if you were in church. Please do not wear white as that is for the beautiful bride. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Your formal invitation will indicate who is included in your invited party.
Our ceremony will begin at 3:00pm mountain time. Following our ceremony we will have a reception at the pavilion. A taco bar, ice cream bar, drinks for adults and children, dancing, cornhole, card games, and a DJ will all be part of the reception. We can’t wait to have you all celebrate with us!
Parking is VERY limited at our venue, there are only 25 spaces, so please consider carpooling or taking a shuttle. We have a few spots we will mark as reserved, including a couple handicapped spots. Please note the main parking lot for the police/fire station and municipal building. Please visit the travel section of the website for more information on shuttle services.
Yes there is a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. Please see the link for a review of the shuttle stops throughout town located in the travel section of the website.
No, food will be provided. A taco bar will be served by a personal chef, followed by a full service customizable ice cream bar!
This wedding is an outdoor wedding and there will be no climate controlled indoor buildings. As a result of this and it being October in the Rockies please bring a coat as the low for the day could range from 36-45 degrees!
The reception is located in the same place as the ceremony. The reception will take place under the pavilion.
We will have all of the above for all of our guests.
Crested Butte is a busy ski town, so get those reservations moving as soon as possible! There are plenty of ski lodges, Airbnb's, Vrbo's, etc. If you can't find what you're looking for in CB, there is a larger town, Gunnison, about 30 minutes south - there may be more budget friendly options available here.
