Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Cocktail Beach Wedding - Think light colors, not black. Ties and Jackets optional for men. Tea-length or Maxi dress for women. For color inspiration, Google "Miami Beach color palette" and think ocean blues, turquoise, coral, peach, blush pink, soft greens, sandy neutrals, and other light, tropical-inspired shades. Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation attend our celebration. We appreciate your understanding as we plan our special day.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

At this time, we are only able to invite the guests named on the invitation. If space allows, we may be able to accomodate additional guests and will let you know if that becomes possible. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Where should Guests park for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Discounted valet parking will be available at the hotel for $20 for the whole event. Uber/Lyft is encouraged if walking is not an option.

Question

What's the typical weather like in Miami Beach that time of year?

Answer

October is generally considered a "golden window" of comfortable, warm, and sunny weather in Miami Beach. Expect daily highs around 83-85 F (28-29 C) and lows around 72-75 F (22-24 C). Packing Tips: Light clothing, shorts, and swimwear. A light jacket or sweater for air-conditioned indoor spaces or cooler evenings. Sunscreen and a hat, as UV levels remain high. An umbrella or light rain gear for occasional showers.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail are completely outdoors and the dinner + reception is on a covered terrace with access to indoor lobby area if needed. Miami can still be very hot and humid this time of year even in the evening, so please come prepared!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:45 so we can start the ceremony at 5 pm. Welcome drinks start at 4:30

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will be putting together some less formal gatherings for Saturday and Sunday. Stay tuned!

Question

For Our Guests Traveling from Europe: do I need a visa and how long does it take to get it? What else do I need?

Answer

Most of our European guests won't need a visa and can travel with an ESTA instead. It's quick to apply online, but we'd suggest doing it a few weeks before your trip. You can apply here: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. Also, don't forget to get a travel insurance, as medical care in the U.S. can be very expensive. One more thing you'll need is a U.S. power adapter for your electronics.

Question

For Our Guests Traveling from Europe: Basic U.S. Wedding Etiquette

Answer

- The ceremony will start on time, so we recommend arriving 30 minutes early - We kindly ask that you put your phones away during the ceremony - Please take a look at the dress code section - Most importantly, come ready to eat, dance, and celebrate with us! 🥂✨

Question

How can I get an American SIM card?

Answer

I recommend installing an eSIM before your trip. This way, you'll have mobile data as soon as you arrive in the U.S The one I usually use is Airalo: https://www.airalo.com/

Question

Answer

Sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, swimwear, summer clothes, volleyball gear, a Halloween costume, a second pair of shoes for dancing, a U.S. power adapter, band-aids, and electrolytes
