When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than September 7, 2024
Question
What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding please us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will officially begin at 4:30pm! We suggest arriving by at least 4:00pm so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in before we say “I do”!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding is outdoors so dress for the weather. We also recommended comfortable shoes for dancing!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Weddings are a very special day, and we have opted for an intimate ceremony & reception. Only the names addressed on the invitation are formally invited to our celebration.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Although we adore children, we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family at our ceremony & reception. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the bar situation?
Answer
We’ll provide a open bar with a variety of craft beer and select red & white wine. There are also multiple nonalcoholic selections.

What time will the reception end?
Answer
Our reception and music will end at 11:00pm with the bar closing at 10:30pm.

What if I’ve had a few by the reception’s end and shouldn’t drive?
Answer
Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. In having an open bar, we ask that you please know your limits. However, we want everyone to have fun! Luckily, Holiday Inn Express is nearby. Please see our accommodations page for more information!
