Boston Logan Airport (BOS) offers direct flights, especially for those flying from outside the east coast. From Logan, you can take the Downeaster (train) from North Station to Kennebunk Station or rent a car to Kennebunkport.

Amtrak Downeaster

The Amtrak Downeaster runs from Boston's North Station to Wells, ME (about 20 minutes from Kennebunkport). You’ll need to take a taxi, Uber/Lyft, or arrange a ride from Wells to Kennebunkport. You can also take the train south from Portland to Wells.
