Shuttle from the White Bear Country Inn to the Venue
2:45 pm
Shuttle will arrive at 2:45 pm and depart for the venue at 3:00 pm. This will be the only shuttle to the venue.
Ceremony
3:30 pm

Please arrive at 3:30, since the grounds are expansive and worth exploring. Ceremony will start at 4 and be outside in the vineyard, if the weather cooperates. Please note that the driveway/parking lot is gravel, and the ceremony will be in grass, if that affects your shoe choices.
Reception
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail hour will have an indoor/outdoor flow while dinner and the dance will be inside. Dinner will be a fajita bar, including flour and corn tortillas with option of cilantro-lime shrimp, grilled chicken, or sweet potato & black beans with additional options of fajita vegetables, salsa, guacamole, corn tortilla chips, pico de gallo, lettuce, roasted corn, sour cream, Spanish rice, queso fresco, and cinnamon roasted pineapple. Everything with the exception of the flour tortillas is naturally gluten free. Tacos or taco bowls will both be options.
Shuttle from the Venue back to the White Bear Country Inn

The shuttle will depart at 10 pm to go back to the hotel.
