Kindly RSVP before August 30th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as “not attending” as we will be sending final head counts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
The dress code is BLACK TIE. We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Ladies, wear floor-length gowns or very formal dresses. Men, tuxes, or formal dark colored suits with black neckties or bowties.
Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at The Lotte New York Palace. For more information please see the “Accommodations” tab.
If this happens when booking at The New York Palace, first please reach out to us so we can reach out to the hotel to see if this pop up is accurate. Unfortunately, if that’s the case, that means the block of rooms we have reserved are full. While we would LOVE to have all of our guests stay together, we were only given a certain amount of rooms for our hotel block. You are more than welcome to still book a room at this specific hotel (as this is where transportation will be to/from) just without our hotel block code or, we have listed two additional hotels in the area that are conveniently located near our reception location. You can find those hotels under our “accommodations” tab.
lol oops! No matter how much of a type A/perfectionist/control freak Hayden is, she clearly missed that she switched the numbers on the phone number when proof reading 150+ invitations 7 different times. The phone number that is listed on our website is correct. Please use that phone number or Google the hotel if you are having troubles. Sorry! :)
If you are staying at The Lotte New York Palace hotel, then yes. Buses will pick guests up at the hotel to be brought to Cipriani’s & then transportation back to the hotel at the end of the night. If you have made arrangements elsewhere, then you will need to find your own transportation to and from our ceremony and reception locations. (Tip: The Lotte New York Palace is across the street from St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The hotel faces the back of the church. Guests will need to walk a block to get to the front entrance of the Cathedral. Weather permitting, guests will be able to walk from the hotel to St. Patrick’s) If you are driving yourself, there are parking garages all throughout that are in close proximity to each location. Cipriani's is also directly across from Grand Central Station so you can also take a train in!
Although we love your kids, in order to give our guests (& parents!) a night of relaxation & fun, we respectfully request no one under the age of 15 at our wedding.
We are kindly asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we are having a full formal mass & want to respect the rules of the church. We’ve also hired the professionals to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, & we’d hate to have a well-meaning persons phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you please throughout the rest of the night! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.
We want to keep the party going after the reception! There is an after party from 12am-2am that is at a rooftop bar with drinks & light bites. There will be a spot on your RSVP card to let us know whether you plan on partying with us at the after party as we need to let the venue know a rough estimated headcount. All wedding events, times & locations are located under the “Schedule” tab!
Yes! We are registered at William Sonoma, Bloomingdales, Crate & Barrel
