Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Haley Thomas and Michael Cecil
While we have plenty planned to keep you occupied during your stay at camp, perhaps you'd like to take the opportunity to poke around Haley and Michael's favorite place, Bow, WA. Beyond our wedding festivities, here's a taste of what this coastal haven offers during this magical month.
Padilla Bay

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Padilla Bay. The estuary comes alive with migratory birds and vibrant marine life. Discover the Visitor Center and guided tours for an enriching experience.

Larrabee State Park

Larrabee State Park

September is the perfect time to embrace Larabee State Park's trails and waterfronts. The changing foliage adds an extra touch of splendor to your outdoor adventures. Larabee has a wonderful camping area for those interested in bringing an RV along! No RVs or camper vans are allowed at Camp Kirby.

Oyster Dome Trailhead

Oyster Dome Trailhead

Local Hikes: Traverse renowned trails along the Chukanuts, including Oyster Dome via Samish Overlook, Lilly & Lizard Lake, and Lost Lake. There are plenty of hikes for all abilities. Follow the link to the WTA to find your best way up and around the Chukanuts!

cob and cork

5545 Chuckanut Drive, Bow, WA 98232

Bow is home to many lovely restaurants, including our very favorite, the Cobb and Cork. This farm-to-table restaurant never disappoints, from weekend brunch to its fantastic dessert menu. We love to enjoy our date nights for dinner here; we highly recommend getting it family-style so you can try as much of their delicious food as possible! We recommend getting a reservation on the weekend, even if it's just for two.

The Oyster Bar

2578 Chuckanut Drive, Bow, WA 98232

Another impressive experience! For a fancy dinner, you can't beat the Oyster Bar. The view is incredible both on the way up to the restaurant and from every seat in the house. The food changes seasonally, and everytime we've been here, we are always floored by their creations.

Tweets

5800 Cains Court, Bow, WA 98232

Tweets is a Bow-Edison institution offering brunch on the weekends. This place is so adorable and is perfect for families or casual brunch-goers. It puts you right in the heart of downtown Edison, where you can spend the day checking out the many art galleries and cute shops. This stretch of Edison also has plenty of more casual dining, like the Mariposa, the Longhorn Saloon, and Edison Cafe.
