Camp Kirby is nestled on Samish Island in Washington state, surrounded by natural beauty and stunning views. Make sure you use the camp address, not their office address, at 4734 Samish Point Rd, Bow, WA 98232
There is parking for the weekend free of charge! We ask as many people carpool to limit the amount of crowded space at the venue.
Embrace the wildflower theme! Think colorful, bright, or floral patterned dress clothes for a touch of summer magic. Feel free to get creative and have fun with your outfit. Some white is great, just avoid all-white attire. Here is the link to our Pinterest board if you need some inspiration: https://pin.it/tYuSXUO It's a good idea to be prepared for any weather; the ceremony will be outside on a sandy beach, rain or shine! Feel free to pack a raincoat, umbrella, or windbreaker. Shoes are optional.
If you received a plus-one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. If there is no name but a guest listed, you may type in their name in the box. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony will take place on the beach of the Salish Sea at Camp Kirby, a sandy beach with seating as well as platforms for people who need to be on a firmer surface. The wedding will take place rain or shine, so pack an umbrella or jacket if the rain will bother you. The reception will follow at the Main Lodge, a fully indoor area big enough for us all!

While alcohol will be available, please note that hard alcohol is not allowed. Beer and wine will be provided during the reception at an open bar. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and alcohol for the weekend and can store it in their cabin mini fridge or one of the two large fridges in the main lodge.

Absolutely! Our celebration is family-friendly, and children are welcome to join in the fun if they are listed in your RSVP. There are plenty of children-friendly activities we'll have set up for both Friday Camp Day and the reception on Saturday. We've tried to include kid-friendly options for food, but if you have a picky eater it may be good to pack a dinner for them for the reception meal. ***While we are a loving community, do keep an eye on your kiddos as people will be drinking, there is open water nearby, and camp is a big place set in the middle of the woods. No kids are allowed to participate in any water sports, as no lifeguard is on duty at camp. If you RSVP 'yes' for your child/children and to stay at camp, you will be assigned a cabin with your child.
