Lake Lawn Resort

This is the resort where the wedding and all other activities will take place. We have a room block with a discounted price. You can stay as many nights as you would like (must include Saturday). All room types are discounted. There are a limited number of one-night only rooms and it is first come first serve! When booking your room pay attention to: 1. The room type (the names are confusing; see the separate note on this page to help find what room is best for you) 2. The building where you are staying. All the buildings are very nice but some rooms have a view of the parking lot. When reserving, I would recommend asking specifically for a courtyard or lake view. When booking your room, make sure to mention that you are attending the O'Connell-St-Pierre wedding and that you would like a room from this block. Lake Lawn Resort Buildings

Buildings: Boulder and Timber: Rustic rooms that give on the large courtyard. This is fun because you can walk around and meet other guests on their patio/balcony from outside. Make sure to ask for courtyard rooms! Shorewood East and West: All the rooms have a lake view. Norwood: Most rooms have a lake view. Norwood and Shorewood West are a bit further from the central amenities and activities but still very easily walkable. Lakewood: This is a newer building with a contemporary "coastal" theme rather than a "rustic" decor. Its location is a bit more secluded from the other buildings. Most rooms have either a lake or pool view. When reserving, you may not be able to get a guarantee for a specific building, but you can definitely give your preference. King: One king-size bed, 2 people. Available in Boulder, Timber, Norwood, and Lakewood. 99$ Sun-Thu, 249$ Fri-Sat Queen: Two queen beds, 4 people. Available in Shorewood, Norwood, and Lakewood. 129$ Sun-Thu, 319$ Fri-Sat Loft: Rooms with either one king or two queen beds on the main floor, and an upper mezzanine floor with two twin beds and a second bathroom. The loft king sleeps 4, the loft queen sleeps 6. Available in Shorewood, Norwood, and Lakewood. 159$ Sun-Thu, 389$ Fri-Sat Suite: Large rooms with full kitchens that sleep 4. There is one king bed and one queen sofa bed. Some suites have a separate master bedroom with a second bathroom ("King suite") and some have it all in one very large room ("Middle king suite"). They are all the same price. The closest major airports are: Chicago O'Hare: 1h30 min drive Milwaukee (General Mitchell): 50 min drive Rental cars: O'Hare: Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, Budget, Alamo, CARO, Sixt, Fox, National (and probably others) Milwaukee: Dollar, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, Alamo. Rideshare: Uber from Milwaukee airport will cost around 100$ one-way for an UberX (4 passengers) and 150$ for an UberXL (6 passengers) Uber from O'Hare will cost around 150$ one-way for UberX (4 passengers) and 200$ for UberXL (6 passengers) There are Uber/Lyft cars in the Lake Delavan area, for when you return. Van services: Lake Lawn is affiliated with the airport van/shuttle service GO RITEWAY: https://goriteway.com/ If the website is having issues, call this number: 800-236-5450 Train: The CTA Yellow line goes to Harvard, IL, which is a 20 min Uber ride from Lake Delavan. Cumberland station is on the yellow line and is a 3 min Uber ride from O'Hare.

Ceci est l'hôtel où le mariage et les activités à l'horaire auront lieu. Nous avons un bloc de chambres à prix réduit. Bâtiments à Lake Lawn Resort

"Boulder" et "Timber": Chambres rustiques qui donnent sur la grande cour. C'est amusant car vous pouvez vous promener et rencontrer d'autres invités sur leur terrasse/balcon depuis l'extérieur. Assurez-vous de demander une chambre avec vue sur la cour! "Shorewood" East/West: Toutes les chambres ont une vue sur le lac. "Norwood": La plupart des chambres ont une vue sur le lac. Norwood et Shorewood West sont un peu plus éloignés des commodités et des activités centrales mais demeurent facilement accessibles à pied. "Lakewood": Bâtiment plus récent avec un thème maritime plutôt qu'un décor rustique. Son emplacement est isolé des autres bâtiments. La plupart des chambres offrent une vue sur le lac ou sur la piscine. Lors de la réservation, votre choix de bâtiment ne sera peut-être pas garanti, mais vous pouvez certainement donner votre préférence.
