Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina, just 40 miles outside of Asheville, Burnsville sits in the shadow of Mount Mitchell, the highest peak in the Eastern Continental United States. Elizabeth’s grandparents built their family cabin in 1976, and it has been a special gathering place ever since. We’re excited to hold our ceremony there, surrounded by our loved ones in a place so meaningful to us. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and are truly honored to share the weekend festivities with our closest family and friends.

Elizabeth had been visiting Providence Road Sundries for as long as she could remember, while years later, Michael would come to know it as the place he worked as general manager. For a time, we lived just minutes apart, our lives moving in quiet parallel, crossing paths in ways we may never fully trace — until, at last, the timing was right. One evening, Elizabeth stopped in for dinner after work. Michael was there, and with a simple invitation for tacos, something extraordinary began. What started as a fleeting moment has unfolded into a beautiful life shared with three dogs, a warm and welcoming home, and a love that now leads us to marriage.
