Bald Eagle State Park has a really big lake and beach area as well as some hiking trails. This is just under an hour away from the venue.

Bald Eagle State Forest

Penn State University is about a 30 minute drive from the ceremony/ reception venue. There are lots of places to eat and shopping in the area.

Penn State University

Altoona, PA is a nice little town about 20 minutes from the venue. There is a decently sized shopping mall, nice restaurants, and other cool shops to peruse.
