If you have a preference to rent a house, there are AirBNBs and VRBOs to rent in the area. While we would recommend staying in Bellingham, feel free to look into other nearby areas such as Sudden Valley, Deming, and Acme as well. Sudden Valley and Deming are both beautiful areas, and Acme is where the wedding venue will be.

Camp Grounds on the Venue
UPDATE: Samara is currently building a bathhouse that will be ready by August. There's space on the venue for 20 tents in the forest if you would like to camp. Another option is renting a RV/Airstream to stay on the property. For facilities, there are 2 porta potties, potable water, and a bathhouse with 2 showers (one indoor, one outdoor) and a bathroom. If you would like to do this option, please let us know.

BelAir Shuttle from Macy's Parking Lot
August 30, 2025 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We have rented a shuttle that will depart from the Macy's parking which is across the street from the Oxford Suites Hotel. It departs right at 3:00pm, so we would recommend arriving sooner. The shuttle will leave again from the wedding venue back to the same parking lot at 10:00pm after the reception.

This is the closest airport. It's very small and easy to get around.

1 hour south of Bellingham. This is another small and easy to get around in airport.

Seattle Airport SEA
2.5 hours away from Bellingham. This is probably the cheapest flight. You can also catch the train from the airport to Bellingham.

Vancouver Airport YVR
1 hour north of Bellingham across the Canadian border. You would have to cross the border to get to Bellingham, but that is not difficult. Flying into Vancouver can sometimes offer very cheap prices.

Amtrak Cascades
If you are traveling from Sea-Tac, you can take the Link Light Rail from the SeaTac Station to Tukwila Intl. Blvd. Station. From there, you can board Amtrak Cascades to Bellingham. You should make sure to buy a ticket first.
