FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Cayley or Michael
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the "RSVP" tab above and RSVP at any time.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd really appreciate your RSVP as soon as you know whether you and your party can attend! At the absolute latest, please RSVP by August 31st, 2026.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 31st, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We'll miss you! Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our vendors. If you have already RSVP'd as "attending" please notify Cayley or Michael as soon as you become aware.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. If your invitation indicates "+1" or includes a guest's name, then yes - we'd love for them to be a part of our special day. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is Black-Tie Optional, so we'd love to see you in your best-dressed look! For men, dark colored suits, or tuxedos if you'd like to dress up. Ladies, formal length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. Please avoid wearing jeans. Whatever you wear, make sure to bring your dancing shoes!!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place inside the hotel.

Question

What's the parking situation like?

Answer

The Union Station Hotel has valet parking available for the event at $59/car with unlimited in/out privileges per day. There are multiple paid lots located on McGavock and Demonbreun within walking distance. We highly encourage utilizing a rideshare app (Uber, Lyft) if you plan on driving to our event.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block with Union Station Hotel, with a limited amount of rooms. If the block is full, and you wish to stay at the venue, please message Cayley or Michael as we may be able to add more rooms to the block. We also recommend staying at any of the hotels listed under the "Travel" tab as they are close by or within walking distance of the venue.

Question

What's the best gift to get the newlyweds?

Answer

Your presence is truly the best gift!! But if you'd like to contribute to our next chapter, please see the "registry" tab at the top of the website.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely - please reach out to Cayley and Michael with any allergy-related concerns and requests.
