What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:45 pm - 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony - to get settled before the proceedings. A shuttle will be available between the Hilton Garden Inn and our venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire for the ceremony and reception is black tie optional - suit and tie, gown, or formal dress!

Are plus ones permitted?

Answer

Due to carefully planned seating and dining arrangements, only guests that are included on your invitation are welcome to attend unless previously discussed. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have specific questions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love the little ones, this is an adults only celebration.

Will the celebration take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be held outside, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, ample parking will be available directly in front of the venue. If you're staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle service to bring guests to the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! All drinks are on us at the wedding, including a signature drink surprise! Please be sure to make appropriate travel arrangements as your safety is very important to us. Drinks will be available for purchase at our welcome event on Friday.
