We're getting married!

Caroline and Michael's love story began in the summer of 2014 when they crossed paths at Yale University. They began dating in 2016 as Michael was finishing his sophomore year of college and Caroline was finishing her junior year. After college graduation, Caroline moved to Boston for clinical research. Shortly after, Michael joined her to pursue his PhD at MIT to study rehabilitation robotics. However, their time together in the same city was short-lived. In 2019, Caroline moved to Pittsburgh to start medical school. The next four years were filled with many FaceTime calls and frequent flights between Boston and Pittsburgh, as they supported each other through the challenges of graduate school. In their 7th year together, Michael finally popped the question during a New Year's Eve trip to Las Vegas - to which Caroline said "of course!" Caroline graduated from medical school in 2023 and began her Ob/Gyn residency at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. Michael plans to join her as a postdoc in June 2024. Caroline and Michael are excited to embark on a new chapter together - they are looking forward to celebrating with family and friends on their wedding day, #TheWestDayEver!
