When Michael and I first met, we knew we’d be friends after realizing we had shared interests. Photography, traveling, music, and of course — telling corny dad jokes (the jury’s still out on who’s funnier!) Michael has always been kind, compassionate, ambitious, adventurous, thoughtful, and selfless. He uses his voice to advocate for others, his actions to inspire those around him, and his heart to care for the people in his life. When he and Brandon met, it was a perfect match. Not only do the two of them share those same core values, but they amplify them in each other. I’m beyond thrilled to join in the celebration of Michael and Brandon’s union. Although he went to Purdue (boo), we fought the rivalry with visits to both IU & Purdue. I’m so grateful for our friendship and Michael’s never ending kindness. When I met Brandon, I knew he was special. I admire their relationship & am so excited to celebrate their love in April!

I love anxiety inducing activities, such as riding motorcycles, snowboarding, and telling my wife the truth about how something looks (when she asks :)) I can’t begin to explain the excitement I have in witnessing the day where the love Michael and Brandon comes together to FINALLY tie the knot! As individuals, they are simply amazing people with big hearts. Together, they are more than happy to spare some of their love, and shine that light on any dark and gloomy space. Michael and I met at Purdue as RAs together - but like cool RAs. We immediately connected through our ability to laugh at any and all scenarios no matter how inappropriate it was to laugh. But more than that, Michael and I have always shared deep, meaningful conversations about everything that matters most to us. After many nights pondering the meaning of life, many trips visiting each other, and many phone calls sharing our lives with each other, I am so lucky to call Michael a lifelong best friend. I am beyond honored to be next to him on the best day ever! Knowing how special Michael is, I knew when he told me about Brandon, he had to be someone special. I met my best friend Bosy/Boswell/Brandon, back in 2008 when we were both students at Richard Bland College. Who knew that hanging out in the cafeteria everyday would lead to us being as close as we are 16 years later. We have shared many highs and lows together, but we've been stuck like glue throughout it all. When I first met Michael, I knew he was the one for us (hehehe). He is the perfect match to Boswell and I can't be more thrilled they found one another. I can't wait to formally welcome Michael as my brother-in-law and celebrate their special day!

My name is Kris and I am 30 y/o and from Sweden, I work as a game programmer and I like most things nerdy and cute, including video games, dogs, martial arts, and cooking. I met Brandon in 2019 and we spent the first eight months of the pandemic holed up in my flat in Edinburgh, Scotland, keeping each other company :D Having Brandon around to talk to, listen to, watch silly cartoons with, and making food for made the lockdown so much better thanks to his ability to always make every moment more chill and he always shows so much sympathy and respect for everybody he knows. Brandon is one of the friendliest people I know and I was so excited when I heard that he was getting married. I'm thrilled to meet and get to know Michael and I know that if Michael is even half as lovely as Brandon they're both incredibly lucky guys <3 I'll see you when I cross the pond in April! We met through Liz at one of her amazing get togethers, and that’s what started our chosen fam! 💕 Boswell has a heart of gold and has been my friend through so many life events: getting married, having a baby, losing loved ones, and all the little things in between. He is a wonderful human and I couldn’t imagine anyone more perfect for him than Michael! The first time I met Michael, I knew instantly that it was meant to be with how genuinely happy Boswell was.
