When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year in Wenatchee, may we suggest the following attire: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. Please no ripped jeans or flip flops.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the guest parking no later than 3:15 to allow for shuttle transfer time. The ceremony will begin at 3:45PM

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, kids are welcome. Please notify the couple if they are not already included in the RSVP. Please note that the outdoor venue has a lot of flowers and pots, so the couple asks to make sure they don’t damage any of the property.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
A date is allowed as long as they are RSVP’d or approved by the couple.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, parking is located off site and a shuttle bus will be going to and from the location. Parking on site is reserved for vendors and the bridal party.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, please check the travel tab for local hotels. Airbnb is also another great option for those with a larger group or family.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let the couple know of an allergy and they will do their best to accommodate.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
The couple will be hosting an open house Sunday, June 29th from 1PM-5PM. Please feel free to stop by and say hello 3420 Alpine CT Wenatchee WA 98801 You may have to park along the street if the driveways are full.
