Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend:

Friday- Venue setup
6:00PM-8:00PM

Saturday- Ceremony and Reception
3:45PM-10:00PM
-Please arrive and be parked no later than 3:15PM. 
-A free shuttle service is provided to and from the event.
-Guest parking is located at The Hot Rod Cafe-
2960 Easy Street, Wenatchee WA 98801 
-For those needing drop off assistance an area will be marked at the venue, but the car will need to be parked at the Hot Rod Cafe. 
-Please make sure to park in the grassy area.

Sunday- Wedding Clean up at the Venue 
10:00AM-12:00PM

Sunday- Open House at the Olshavsky Residence 
1:00PM-5:00PM
The bride and groom are opening their home to guests to stop in and celebrate in a relaxed atmosphere. Light refreshments will be provided. This is a great opportunity for those traveling home on Sunday to say goodbye before they leave town.
