Seasons Transfers

Free airport transfer is available for stays of a minimum of three nights. Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation (all guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time).Service is to and from Cancun International Airport. Taylor will need your flight information to arrange the transfer. If you're planning to stay less than 3 nights and would like to arrange a shuttle transfer at an additional cost, our amazing travel coordinator, Taylor, would be happy to help organize that for you. Please reach out to her directly for pricing and all the details once you know your plans. We highly recommend using a shuttle service instead of taxis or rideshares like Uber, as it’s more reliable and often a smoother experience in the area.

Since our guests are coming from all over, we don’t have a group rate on flights—but we’re here to help make the process as easy as possible! The closest airport to our wedding destination is: Cancun International Airport (CUN) Once you’ve booked your flight, feel free to send your travel details to Taylor (our travel coordinator), especially if you’ll need a shuttle arranged from the airport to the resort. If you have any questions about timing, connections, or anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help however we can!

Our exclusive promo code is valid for stays between June 26 – July 3. You can find our special group rates pinned to the top of the FAQ Page. When you’re ready to book, please have the following details ready: • Your preferred room type • Your check-in and check-out dates Once you’re set, reach out to Taylor, who will guide you through the booking process. To reserve your room, your card will be charged $1.00 as a placeholder. The full balance is due 30 days before the wedding. We strongly recommend booking early to ensure you get your preferred room type!
