Flight
Boston's Logan airport is approximately 8 miles to Quincy, MA (which is where we live) and about 41 miles to Norton, MA. Warning - Boston traffic is deceiving and 80% of the time you will get stuck in traffic. Please budget time appropriately. TF Green Airport located in Providence, Rhode Island is approximately 33 miles to Norton, MA and about 51 miles to Quincy, MA.
Hotel
This hotel is very close to where we live. It is about a 10 min drive to North Quincy train station and a 20 minute commute to Boston's South Station, if you are looking to travel by train into the city. (Please note the Wollaston train station is currently closed for renovations until 2019).
Hotel
If you are looking for a hotel close to the wedding site - this is it! There isn't a lot to do in this part of Mass - unless you want to take a short drive to Foxborough to see Patriot's place (womp womp). The closest commuter rail train station is Mansfield which is about a 15 minute drive from this hotel and about a 40 minute ride into Boston's South Station.
Rental Car
This is close to where we live in Quincy and close to the Howard Johnson hotel or you can always rent from the airport (likely more convenient, but more expensive).
Travel Note
I typically will take an Uber/Lyft to and from the airport, which will run approximately $35 to/from Quincy (each way). Cabs are also readily available at the airport, but are sometimes less reliable when you don't know where you are going. The trains (subway) is also available; however, it will take a bit more time as you will need to switch lines and then also figure out how to get from the train station to the hotel (again Uber/Lyft is easiest). There is also the option to rent a car at the airport.
