What is the dress code?

Our welcome event on Friday is casual and the wedding on Saturday is cocktail attire.

Is the wedding inside or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather is nice, our ceremony will be outdoors on a grassy lawn. Our cocktail hour will be hosted on a stone patio which will remain open throughout the reception. The reception will be indoors.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to transport guests staying at Tru by Hilton in One Loudon for the welcome event and the wedding. Here are the details for Friday: - Departure times: 5:30PM (32-person capacity) & 6:00PM (25-person capacity) - Return times: 9:00PM (25-person capacity) & 9:30PM (32-person capacity) Here are the details for Saturday: Buses depart at 4:30PM and return at 9:15PM and 11:00PM.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your children, our wedding is at a winery and will be an adults-only event.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at Stone Tower for those who wish to drive.

Can I order an Uber after the reception?

Answer

Unlikely - our venue is in a rural area and will have very limited access to Uber or Lyft. We strongly encourage our out of town guests to take advantage of our shuttle back to the hotel!
