We want to start the party! If you are in town, we'd love to see you. This is going to act like a casual meet up and there is certainly no set time to enter or exit the fun - just text Michael or Ali and see where we are and come play with us! We will be starting the evening at The Exchange, which has some food and drink options people can disperse to. Then the world is our oyster, and we love oysters. This is a SUPER casual meet-up - we know most of y'all wont be in until Saturday, and any of you who arrive early are likely to be prioritizing food and sleep after your travels. If you are so inclined to come link up with us, please text either Mike or Ali and see whats up!

Strap on your swimsuits and sunscreen up!
Time to splash around and have a Fort Collins good time! We have a rented the Soldier Canyon Pavillion in Lory State Park, and we will have sandwiches and other picnicky treats available. There are hiking & biking trails, beautiful views, and the reservoir is accessible via a short little trek. There is limited parking at this pavillion, we recommend carpooling! Typically there is a cost for entry, but let the rangers know you are with the Smiths and they will wave you through. Take US 287 north to County Road 54G (LaPorte). Turn left onto CR52E/Rist Canyon Rd. Continue west and turn left onto County Road 23. Continue south and take a right on Lodgepole Drive (CR 25G). The park is 1.6 miles up Lodgepole Drive on the left. (For those of you from sea level, the sun is POWERFUL here, and you dry up much faster! Bring lots of water to drink, and reapply that sunscreen! This event might be one you want to cut short so the sun doesn't suck it out of you before you even get to Sunday!)

Time to bring our communities together and give ourselves a chance to connect before the big night. We will be celebrating at Odell Brewery's Winery and having drinks and a delicious taco truck for eats, and saying lots and lots of hellos! PLEASE NOTE: There is pretty limited parking at OBC and Odell's. They will be busy on Saturday night and it might be beneficial to Uber, bike, walk or carpool over.

SHUTTLES TO AND FRO!

We want y'all to get to and from the wedding celebration safely, and this is the way to do it! There is also very limited parking at The Mishawaka, so the more carpooling and shuttling we can do, the better. Please let us know which shuttle you plan to take TO the ceremony and FROM the ceremony, and how many will be with you!

Get gussied up! Festive cocktail or semi-formal attire, party clothes, sunday best, but no birthday suits, please. Think colorful, fancy and fun - it’s a wedding! We will never have been this dressed up in our lives! Wear that dress you haven't had an excuse to wear yet, and strap on a jacket and a tie. Boogie boots are highly encouraged.
Join us for an evening in celebration of our marriage! What a dream come true to join our communities for drinks, dinner and merriment! Expect full cups, full plates, full bellies, full hearts, wet eyes, and sore feet. Transportation is provided to and from this venue, which is up a long and winding canyon road. Parking is limited up there (30 spots), so please take advantage of the shuttles - plus we want you to get home safely! Shuttles will depart from The Hilton and The Elizabeth at 3:45 pm on Sunday, October 5th, for a 4:30 arrival time at the The Mishawaka. Shuttles will loop back down to town starting at 9 pm, and then again at 11 pm when the party is over. These shuttles will go back to The Hilton and The Elizabeth.
