Welcome Gathering

The welcome party will lean cocktail attire. We encourage you to dress up a bit and join us for an evening of easy celebration, good company, and a toast to the days ahead.
We look forward to welcoming our loved ones traveling from far and wide to share in this special weekend. This gathering is meant as a moment of reconnection and a gentle beginning to the celebrations ahead. The welcome gathering will take place in The Sun Room located in the back of the lobby at the DRIFT Hotel, where we have reserved a hotel block. Please refer to the travel page for more information on hotel room accomodations. Guests may enjoy light savory bites, delectable desserts by Catherine Evans, and a thoughtfully stocked cash bar offering tasty craft cocktails, beer, and wine set to the grooves of our curated soundtrack and, of course, the best company. For those wishing for something more substantial, a limited menu will be available for order. Please refer to The Sun Room menu. Parking will be validated for up to 3 hours via QR code provided day of. Let the celebration begin!

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:15 PM to enjoy a welcome beverage, leave us a message, and find your seat. We are truly thankful to each of you who have journeyed to share in this special moment. Your presence means more to us than words can express, and we are honored to share in the beginning of our next chapter together.
Cocktail Hour

Please join us for cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony on the Great Front Lawn. Enjoy a selection of thoughtfully crafted cocktails, wine, beer, and light bites as we gather, mingle, and ease into the evening together. Guests will be invited to dinner in the pavilion shortly thereafter.

Farewell Luncheon

Before we all drift back into everyday life, we invite you to drop in with us. Whether you’re making your way home or spending a little more time in town, we would love to share these last moments together. We’ll be hosting an Armenian barbecue, featuring a selection of thoughtfully prepared kabobs and accoutrements.
